Terms and Conditions
Booking Deposit & Payment
The Client shall make a booking fee (Deposit) as per contract to retain the date to perform the services specified in the contract with a minimum deposit of BND250 for Wedding and BND150 for Engagement. The payment breakdown for our services is a s follows:
First Deposit (Booking Fee) - BND250 (Wedding) | BND150 (Engagement)
80% Payment Deposit - One week before event
Remaining 20% Payment Deposit - After receiving the products
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation
Clients must provide a minimum of 60 days' notice prior to the scheduled date to cancel the agreement. Any payments made to Ramo Films, whether partial or full, are non-refundable. The client is solely responsible for making alternative arrangements with other parties if necessary to fulfill their commitments.
However, RAMO Films will consider accepting agreements with the client’s selected parties to provide the same services, subject to mutual consent and availability.
By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of Ramofilms' Cancellation Policy.
Products
All final products will be delivered within 3 to 6 months after the event or session to ensure high-quality editing and attention to detail. High-resolution images will be provided at 300dpi, suitable for both digital use and print. Videos will be delivered in full HD resolution, professionally edited for cinematic quality.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to editing requirements or unforeseen circumstances, but clients will be notified promptly of any delays. Digital files will be made available through secure online platforms, and clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.
Physical products, such as albums or prints, may require additional time for production and shipping. Any requests for edits or revisions beyond the agreed deliverables may incur additional charges. RAMO Films guarantees the highest standards for all deliverables, ensuring every image and video reflects the beauty and essence of your special day.
Liability for Damages to Ramo Films’ Items
Clients are held responsible for ensuring the safety of RAMO Films’ equipment, props, and other items during the event. Any damages, loss, or theft caused by the client, their family members, friends, or guests will be the sole responsibility of the client. In the event of such damages, the client agrees to discuss the situation with Ramo Films to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or compensation for the damaged or lost items.
RAMO Films will provide an assessment of the damage, including any associated costs, and reserves the right to take necessary action if a mutual agreement cannot be reached. To prevent incidents, clients are encouraged to ensure that event environments are safe and secure for all equipment and materials used by RAMO Films.
By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges their responsibility to protect RAMO Films’ property throughout the duration of the event.
Use of Client Media
By engaging RAMO Films’ services, clients provide consent for their images, videos, and related media to be utilized by RAMO Films for promotional, advertising, and portfolio purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media platforms, websites, and print materials. Clients who prefer to opt out of such usage must notify RAMO Films in writing prior to the event.
RAMO Films is committed to respecting client privacy and guarantees that all media is managed with the highest level of professionalism and security. Ownership of all final edited images and videos remains with RAMO Films. Clients are granted a non-commercial personal usage license for these deliverables. The provision of raw files or unedited materials is excluded unless explicitly agreed upon in the signed contract.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
RAMO Films reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website or communicated directly to clients. It is the responsibility of the client to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of our services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
